To all the DynaBoars family,

After 4 years of being with the DynaBoars, my time has come to an end. What a special 4 years it has been. I leave with wonderful memories and have forged many new friendships.

As a head coach you are in a privileged position. You are entrusted with the responsibility to deliver results for the company you represent and the fans who support the team. Seeing players grow as individuals, not only as rugby players, but also as young men, is one of the many rewarding parts of being a coach. Seeing them achieve, create their personal memories and enjoy what they do, is indeed satisfying.

Of course, there are many challenging times. Even though those times can be very difficult, overcoming the difficulties as an individual and collectively as a team, are some of the most rewarding aspects of coaching.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those in the DynaBoars family who l have associated with over the last 4 years. The Mitsubishi Heavy Industries company, the DynaBoars office rugby staff, the DynaBoars team staff, the many players l have coached and of course our tremendous supporters. Thank you all for working together for the good of the Mitsubishi Sagamihara DynaBoars.

Gaining promotion back to Division 1 after beating NTT Communications Shinning Arcs twice, is extremely satisfying and the perfect way to end my time with DynaBoars. I feel content knowing that l leave the team with solid foundations to grow and create further success in the future.

Thank you all for the amazing times and wonderful memories.

ダイナボアーズファミリーの皆様へ。

4年間、ダイナボアーズに在籍した私の時間は終わりを告げます。
とても素晴らしかった4年間。素敵な思い出と沢山の友情を胸に、私は旅立ちます。

ヘッドコーチの仕事は特権的です。会社やチームを応援してくれるファンのために結果を出すという責任があります。
選手がラグビー選手としてだけでなく一人の人間として成長していく姿を見ることは、コーチとしてのやり甲斐です。選手たちが自分達の目標を達成し、楽しく思い出を作る姿を見るのは何よりも嬉しいことです。

もちろん困難な時期も多くあります。しかし個人やチームで困難を乗り越えることも、コーチとしてのやり甲斐を感じるのです。

この場をお借りして、この4年間お付き合いいただいたダイナボアーズファミリーの皆様に感謝申し上げます。 三菱重工業株式会社、ダイナボアーズの事務局スタッフ、チームスタッフ、指導してきた多くの選手、そして素晴らしいサポーターの皆さん。
三菱重工相模原ダイナボアーズのために力を合わせてくださり、ありがとうございました。

NTTコミュニケーションズシャイニングアークス東京ベイ浦安を2度破っての1部復帰は、ダイナボアーズでの任期を締めくくるにふさわしいものであり、非常に満足しています。今後さらに成長し成功する強い土台をチームに残すことができて、嬉しく思っています。

素晴らしい時間と思い出をありがとうございました。
